There is truly a day for everything. #FibonacciDay celebrates the man who brought awareness to the #Fibonacci number pattern which, in #photography, is known as the golden ratio.
This is a ratio of numbers that show up often in nature, said to be God’s fingerprint. It is used frequently in photography to achieve the best #composition for photographs. The idea is to place the most detailed, or the main point of your subject in the tight area of the curve and place less and less detail as the curve moves around and off your photo.
It is said that people are naturally attracted to things that conform to this shape. This curve can be found throughout the features of a beautiful person’s face.
I tried it on my own face and was amazed to see just how accurate that statement was.
