Today is National Author’s Day and since I wrote a few books, I thought it would be appropriate to say something on this wonderful sunny November first after a wet and miserable #Halloween. But, I can’t think of anything to say. So, I’ll answer some questions that a lot of people are asking me:
- When can I buy your books?
Well, my maze book, photography book, craft book and a couple others are on Amazon, but I think everybody is more concerned with my novels. Those are not for sale on Amazon yet. - Why?
Because I am waiting to hear from some literary agents first. They don’t like to publish works that have been published already. - But some people have copies. How did they get them?
I gave a handful out to beta readers so that they can give me feedback and help me make corrections. - When will they be available?
I’m not sure. At first I thought I’d give myself one year to get a publisher interested and if nobody bites, I would self-publish. That means sometime next year. But if a publisher is interested it could be a couple years. But if I decide to just go ahead and publish them myself it could be any time. - When am I going to make my decision?
After I attend a writer’s workshop in the third week of November.
